How custom wallpaper ordering works

1. Send your design. Upload your file or paste a link, pick a material and add your wall width and height in cm.
2. We check it and send a proof. Our team checks your file’s resolution and fit, then sends you a quote and a proof.
3. You approve. Nothing is printed until you’re happy with the proof.
4. Printed and delivered. We print your wallpaper to order in Johannesburg and courier it to you.

Choosing a material for your custom wallpaper

Every design can be printed on any of our five materials:

• Smooth Matte Peel & Stick: soft-touch matte finish, self-adhesive like a big sticker, waterproof and washable.
• Artex Canvas Textured Peel & Stick: art-canvas texture that gives your design a painted feel. Commercial grade, waterproof, washable and removable.
• KOZO Raw Fibre Textured Peel & Stick: raw paper-fibre texture. Commercial grade, repositionable and removable.
• Traditional Non-woven: classic paste-the-wall paper with a matte finish. Wipeable, but not waterproof or washable.
• DuraMatte Fabric (hospitality grade): commercial-grade fabric texture with a matte finish. Waterproof and washable; applied with glue.

Image quality and resolution tips

The higher the resolution, the larger we can print your image crisply. A few simple rules help:

• Send the largest, original file you have. Avoid screenshots or images saved from social media or WhatsApp, which are compressed.
• JPG, PNG and WebP files all work.
• Big walls need big files. A small image stretched across a large wall will look soft up close.
• Not sure if your file is good enough? Send it anyway. We check every file before we quote and will tell you honestly how it will print.

Measuring your wall

Measure the width of your wall at its widest point, then the height from floor to ceiling. Give us both in centimetres.

• Add a little extra to both measurements. Ceilings and walls are rarely perfectly straight, and the extra gives you room to trim.
• Note any windows, doors or plug points in the notes field.
• Don’t stress about being exact. Every custom wallpaper is printed to your size, and we confirm the measurements on your proof.
