Cupboard wallpaper is the easiest upcycling project you can tackle in a weekend. Our cupboard and furniture collection focuses on small-repeat patterns that look right at close range and on narrow surfaces: tiny florals, mini geometrics, tile prints, gingham-style checks and fine textures. Peel & Stick is ideal here, because it sticks to smooth, flat surfaces like wardrobe and kitchen cupboard doors, bookshelf backs, drawer fronts, side tables and headboards, and can be peeled off later. That makes it perfect for renters who want to refresh tired built-in cupboards without painting. Clean and degrease surfaces first, measure each panel carefully and use a sharp blade for crisp edges around handles. Lining open shelves with a contrasting print adds a lovely surprise. Get inspired by our tile pattern wallpaper or geometric and stripe designs, then see the Peel & Stick vs Traditional guide.
Yes. Peel & Stick works well on smooth, flat cupboard doors. Clean and degrease the surface first, remove handles, and trim neatly with a sharp blade. Heavily textured or raised-panel doors are harder to cover cleanly.
Peel & Stick is designed to be removable, which makes it popular with renters refreshing built-in cupboards. Removal is generally cleanest from well-sealed painted or melamine surfaces.
Furniture surfaces are small and viewed up close, so a large pattern gets cut off and loses its shape. Small repeats look complete on a single door or drawer front and line up easily across a set.
Measure the height and width of each door, drawer front or shelf back and add a few centimetres per side for trimming. Add those areas together and allow extra if you want the pattern to match across doors.
