Description
What colours are in this mural?
The design is built from warm yellow, deep brown and pale cream. Yellow fills most of the scene, giving a wall a warm, light-reflecting quality that helps rooms with limited natural light feel brighter. The brown trunks add contrast and grounding so the design doesn't flatten out, while the cream path lifts the lower part of the wall.
What's actually happening in the scene?
Rows of ginkgo trees line a path on either side, their branches arching together overhead to form a yellow canopy. The trunks run in strict parallel lines toward a distant vanishing point, with fallen leaves scattered across the ground, giving the mural a strong sense of depth and direction.
Will this suit a narrow wall or corridor?
Yes. The trunks and receding path create a strong perspective that reads well on long, narrow walls, pulling the eye down the length of a hallway or passage. On a wider wall it still works as a focal feature, though the sense of depth is most dramatic in a corridor-shaped space.
Can this mural be made to fit an awkward wall shape?
Yes. Rather than being cut from a fixed set of sizes, it's printed to the measurements you provide, which means stairwells, sloped ceilings and other irregular walls can all be covered. You take the measurements of your specific wall and the print is generated to match them exactly.
Will the trees look distorted if my wall isn't the same shape as the photo?
No. The scene is scaled and cropped to fit your wall's proportions rather than being stretched, so the trees and path keep their natural shape wherever it's hung. On a wall with a very different height-to-width ratio, some of the outer edge of the scene is trimmed rather than the image being squashed.
