Description
Casas Grandes captures the charm of a hand-sketched cityscape — delicate line drawings of buildings, trees and architectural details in soft blue and black ink against a clean white ground. The sketchy, almost journal-like quality gives it a personal warmth that sets it apart from more rigid geometric patterns. The buildings feel European in scale but universal in appeal, with just enough detail to be interesting without overwhelming smaller rooms. It works beautifully in home offices where you want visual interest without distraction, children’s rooms that need pattern without chaos, and hallways or powder rooms where the white background helps bounce light around. The soft blue keeps it from reading too stark in bright SA light, while the monochromatic palette plays well with both warm woods and cool metals. Three formats: Peel & Stick in Smooth Matte, KOZO (textured natural-paper feel) or Artex Canvas Texture (woven-cloth look) — all renter-friendly, removable. DuraMatte Fabric for plaster walls. Or Traditional Non-Woven paste-the-wall. Printed to order in our Johannesburg studio on 50cm panels, free SA delivery over R1,000.
