The design moves through navy, teal, orange and cream in soft, wavy bands. The navy and teal act as calming anchors, which is why blues and greens tend to suit rooms meant for rest, while the orange bands lift the energy and work well in spaces where people gather, like a living or dining room.
The bands are wide enough to read clearly from across a room rather than disappearing into texture up close. On a full wall the waves settle into a legible rhythm, so it suits a wall you can actually step back from rather than a narrow passage where only a sliver would show.
