You will need
Wallpaper offcuts, cut to size
Wood panelling, or flat trim moulding, cut to size
Paint in a colour of your choice 

To make 

• Measure and cut your wallpaper to the desired size. 

• Paint your wood panelling or flat trim moulding. 

• Adhere peel and stick wallpaper to your wall, spacing correctly to allow space for the panelling or flat trim moulding. 

• Adhere the wood panelling or flat trim moulding around each wallpaper panel.
