Description
Fluid ink strokes in soft blue, charcoal grey and white float across this abstract mural like watercolour meeting paper — Precipitation has the confident, unfinished quality of a contemporary gallery piece. The palette stays cool and clean, with plenty of white space between the gestural marks, which keeps it from overwhelming a room even at mural scale. It works particularly well in kitchens with white cabinetry, dining rooms that need a focal point without pattern competition, and north-facing Johannesburg lounges that get strong midday light. The abstract nature means it pairs easily with existing art and doesn’t fight for attention with furniture or textiles. The cool palette also prevents the mural from warming up too much in SA’s bright natural light. Designed and printed in our Johannesburg studio on 50cm panels. Pick a format that fits your install: Peel & Stick Smooth Matte, KOZO, or Artex Canvas Texture for removability; DuraMatte Fabric for plaster; or Traditional Non-Woven if you prefer paste-the-wall. Free South African delivery on orders over R1,000.
